New Menu for the New Year

Book a table at Natick’s Buttercup to fuel up with an array of mood boosting foods that’ll lift your spirits and keep you healthy and strong in 2022. To start the new year, chef Dora Tavel-Sanchez Luz has launched a new menu full of her best-loved classics alongside a whole section of the menu aptly titled F*!k Covid with dishes that feature ingredients known for their restorative and healthful benefits (whether it’s spiritual, mental or physical). Up your vitamin C and antioxidant intake by way of the winter citrus salad with fennel and pomegranate; add some omega 3s and a heap of veggies to your diet and order the salmon with tzatziki, ginger-orange rainbow carrots, Brussels sprouts and beurre blanc; or go for the soul satisfying lemony chicken vegetable soup.
