“North Attleboro is pleased to announce that an arrest has been made, coincidentally on National Puppy Day, in regards to the abandoned puppy, Alex from February 26, 2022.
Dominique Scott was arraigned this morning at the Attleboro District Court on the charge of Cruelty to Animals.
