The “Free Trees” event will be held April 29th and Continues Bask’s Commitment to the Environment and Community

Bask, Inc. (“Bask”), a locally owned cannabis dispensary in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, has announced plans for their 5th annual Arbor Day event. The event will be held at Bask’s cannabis dispensary on Friday, April 29th 2022, from 9am to 9pm at 2 Pequod Road in Fairhaven, MA.

“This will be our fifth ‘Free Trees’ event since opening Bask in 2018 and we’re proud to continue the tradition,” explains Bask CEO, Chapman Dickerson. “Our goal is to give away 1,000 native tree seedlings this year and we welcome everyone in the community to take stop by Bask and take a seedling home to plant in their yard.”

Tree seedlings will be available on the lawn outside the company’s Fairhaven dispensary. There is no purchase necessary to pick up a free tree seedling.

“Preserving our planet is important to us at Bask. As a business, we’re committed to sustainable cultivation and packaging practices to help reduce our carbon footprint. Getting 1,000 trees in the ground is a fun way to get the community engaged in helping the planet this Arbor Day,” says Dickerson.

Bask’s purchase of the seedlings from the Massachusetts Tree Wardens Association contributes to the association’s annual scholarship fund.

Bask has been serving registered medical patients at the Fairhaven dispensary since 2018. The locally owned cannabis dispensary, cultivator, and manufacturer is proud to call the South Coast home while serving medical patients and recreational consumers daily in Fairhaven.
