Ex-Obama Adviser Doubles Down On Criticism Of Biden After President’s R-Rated Insult
Former Obama adviser David Axelrod has criticized President Biden, suggesting he has a “real problem” if he believes he can “cheat nature.”
This came after reports claimed Biden called Axelrod a “pr—” in private.
New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd defended Axelrod, criticizing Biden for engaging in “petty feuds.”
On CNN International, Kasie Hunt said to David Axelrod, “since we’re live in London,” I can’t say on air.”
Politico reported that Biden called you a p—k.
“It starts with a P and ends with a K.”

“I don’t care about them thinking I’m a prick — that’s fine,” Axelrod reportedly said in reaction to the insult.
“I hope they don’t think the polls are wrong, because they’re not.”
“I think he has a 50-50 shot here, but no better than that, maybe a little worse,” Axelrod warned.
“He thinks he can cheat nature here and it’s really risky,” scoffed Axelrod.
“They’ve got a real problem if they’re counting on Trump to win it for them.”
“I remember Hillary doing that, too,” recalled the Democratic strategist.

Axelrod urged the president to consider dropping out of the race following a poll showing him trailing Donald Trump in key battleground states.
Despite discomfort for the president, Axelrod revealed that many others agreed with his assessment of Biden.
“Listen, I understand he was irritated because I raised concerns that many, many Democrats had. And again, you know, my feeling is either get out or get going, insisted Axelrod.
“But the status quo, the way they were approaching the campaign, this sort of ‘What, me, worry?’ attitude about the campaign was not going to get him to where he needs to go,” he added.
Axelrod concluded that he can “live with the fact that the president’s unhappy” with him.
