WESTFIELD — Eight area breweries, including Skyline Beer Co. in Westfield, have collaborated on a beer released this week to raise awareness of a bill in the Massachusetts House of Representatives that could affect small breweries.

Amherst Brewing, Antimony Brewing, Hot Plate Brewing, Northampton Brewing, Shire Beer Co., Skyline Beer Co., New City Brewery and Vanished Valley Brewing worked together on the New England-style IPA called “H.401,” after the bill’s docket number.
